We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead all human resources functions for our distribution centers and corporate teams. You will partner with senior leadership to develop HR strategies that support rapid business expansion, build a high-performing workforce, and foster a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives, ensuring scalable processes for our distribution network. Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees across warehouse and office functions. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and conflict resolution to maintain a productive work environment. Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including payroll coordination, tax compliance, and vendor negotiations for statutory programs. Design and manage performance appraisal systems that drive accountability and continuous improvement among staff. Conduct training needs analyses and coordinate learning and development programs, including safety, compliance, and leadership workshops. Maintain accurate HR records and produce regular metrics reports (turnover, time-to-hire, engagement) to inform leadership decisions. Lead initiatives to boost employee engagement, such as recognition programs, team-building activities, and wellness campaigns. Skills & Competencies Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
