Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives, ensuring scalable processes for our distribution network. Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees across warehouse and office functions. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and conflict resolution to maintain a productive work environment. Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including payroll coordination, tax compliance, and vendor negotiations for statutory programs. Design and manage performance appraisal systems that drive accountability and continuous improvement among staff. Conduct training needs analyses and coordinate learning and development programs, including safety, compliance, and leadership workshops. Maintain accurate HR records and produce regular metrics reports (turnover, time-to-hire, engagement) to inform leadership decisions. Lead initiatives to boost employee engagement, such as recognition programs, team-building activities, and wellness campaigns.
