Position: Sales Executive/ Manager Location: Gurgaon Key Responsibilities: Assist clients in buying residential and commercial properties, Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Negotiate and close deals effectively, ensuring a smooth transaction process Keep up with market trends, property valuations and Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth KRA - Calling / Meetings / Site (SV). All needs to be managed on a daily / weekly basis. What we are looking for - Minimum 1 year of sales experience (real estate experience is a plus) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented and self-driven with the ability to work independently. Knowledge of the NCR real estate is mandatory. Ability to handle multiple clients and transactions at once.
