As an Individual Contributor in the role based in Pune or Bangalore and reporting to the Deputy General Manager of the Global Engineering Center, you will be taking on an exciting and challenging position as the Global Engineering Centre Lead within our team. Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: - Demonstrating knowledge of DDC programming in proprietary programming platforms, PLC programming in FBD and/or Script or Ladder diagram - Familiarity with building management system protocols such as BACnet, LonWorks, Modbus, OPC, and others - Proficient in communicating effectively with global customers, understanding their requirements, and translating them into deliverables - Having a minimum of 3-10 years of experience as a BMS Software Engineer - Ability to plan and implement work using engineering standards, technology principles, company processes, and procedures - Familiarity with standard progress reporting tools and processes - Exposure to HVAC domain systems and applications like Air Handling Units, Chiller/Boiler Systems, Variable Air Volume Boxes, etc. - Working knowledge and understanding of electrical engineering concepts - Proficient in troubleshooting different HVAC Software Control loops - Capable of performing functionality checks as per requirements and specifications - Understanding and interpretation of sequences of operation, plant schematics, and system architecture to design working solutions - Knowledge of building automation regulations and codes related to air conditioning and management of air, water plants across different geographies - Ensuring quality, defect-free deliverables, on-time deliveries, and customer satisfaction - Performing offline programming, testing, FAT implementation, and documentation for robust, high-quality deliverables - Collaborating with Design and Graphics teams for effective and timely deliveries - Advantageous to have work experience in global projects and/or global engineering centers We are seeking individuals who are excited by innovation and are tech-savvy, ready to learn new systems, self-driven, and confident to work for a value-based organization with cutting-edge solutions.
