Hand experinced of vernier calliper Conduct inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Measure and test products using tools and equipment, such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Identify defects or deviations from specifications and report findings to the production team. Process Monitoring: Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality control procedures. Recommend improvements to manufacturing processes to enhance product quality. Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of inspection results, test data, and quality reports. Prepare and submit reports summarizing inspection outcomes and any identified issues. Compliance and Safety: Ensure that products meet industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized inspection area. Continuous Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives and suggest ways to enhance inspection procedures. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality control techniques. .
