You will be part of the Quantanite team based in the Thane, India delivery center, as a Python Full Stack Developer. Your role will involve developing, testing, and maintaining AI applications and machine learning models using Python. You will create and maintain AI bots, implement data manipulation and analysis, troubleshoot and debug AI applications, and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality. Your responsibilities will also include staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies, ensuring that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet best practices for security, performance, and data management. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, research emerging technologies, and engage with clients and operations teams as needed. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. You should have 3-5 years of experience in AI, machine learning, and Python development, with proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. Required skills include proficiency in Python, building AI-powered applications in a production environment, knowledge of Python backend frameworks like Django or Flask, and experience with version control systems like Git/Github. You should also have strong experience with NumPy and Pandas libraries for data manipulation and analysis, as well as a solid understanding of machine learning principles and algorithms. Nice-to-have skills include experience with Langchain, knowledge of ReactJS, Azure, and Hugging Face Transformers for natural language processing.
