The Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining the services offered by the company, and addressing customer inquiries. Additional duties include maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, following up with leads, and achieving performance targets set by the management. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster customer relationships and ensure satisfaction. Qualifications Proficiency in verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills Strong sales and persuasion skills to effectively convert leads into clients Ability to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a customer-centric approach Organizational skills to accurately maintain records and manage time efficiently Basic knowledge of computer operations and CRM software Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and goal-oriented mindset Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is advantageous Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
