As a Franchise Sales Manager/ZSM/DSM at Taskar, you will play a pivotal role in building and leading a team of franchise sales professionals and executives to achieve our business goals. Your primary responsibilities will include managing franchise sales, cold-calling, effective communication, and lead generation within the healthcare mall. You will be tasked with developing franchisee partners, expanding the business, and identifying potential investors through various sources. Presenting business plans to potential clients, negotiating franchise agreements, and overseeing the entire sales process from initial solicitation to contract completion will be part of your daily activities. It will also be your responsibility to plan, set, and action monthly and yearly sales objectives, track progress regularly, and present growth reports to the management. Collaborating closely with the management on strategic initiatives to achieve organizational goals will be crucial in this role. You will be expected to finalize projects for each franchise, guide franchise owners on ROI, assist in setting up business units, and ensure operational readiness. Serving as a liaison between franchise partners and the company headquarters, you will facilitate effective communication and coordination to guarantee the successful setup of each franchise. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with strong communication and lead generation skills. Proficiency in sales fundamentals, data analysis, collaboration, branding, marketing, and strategic planning is essential. Your Impact and Responsibilities: Financial Reporting & Accounting Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with IFRS/GAAP. Reviewing and ensuring proper valuation, classification, and reconciliation of crypto transactions. Work closely with CPAs to finalize books and accounts as per their client's needs. Work with the preparer, reviewer, and closure team to maintain accuracy in financial records. Conduct complex data analysis using Microsoft Excel. Crypto Taxation & Compliance Prepare and review crypto tax returns, including capital gains and income reports and related calculations using our proprietary software. Assist CPAs in crypto tax return preparation across various jurisdictions USA, Canada, UK, Australia Keep track of evolving crypto tax laws and international compliance regulations. Audit and Risk Management Conducting audits of crypto-related transactions to mitigate financial risks. Identify fraud risks, security concerns, and regulatory challenges in digital asset accounting. Technology & Automation Leverage blockchain explorers and analytics tools and various software for transaction tracking, accounting and auditing.
