The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge in areas such as OTBI, BI Reports, HDL, HCM Extracts, and Fast formulas. You should have clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Electronics and Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related technical discipline is required, or an equivalent combination of education and technical training. Experience in importing data, mass update of data, and data migration activities is crucial for this role. The ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, handle difficult situations, and crisis management are essential skills. You should be able to build confidence and trust, manage scope and client expectations effectively, and work well with all levels from developers to key stakeholders. Soft skills such as being motivated, self-driven, possessing strong analytical and troubleshooting methods, organizational skills, and technical knowledge of personal computers and network systems are highly valued. Certifications are not mandatory, but a background of 6+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle cloud and products is required. The preferred education for this role is a B-Tech or Master's Degree, preferably in Information Systems.,
