The Role We are looking for a Oracle Cloud Payroll Consultant to join our talented delivery team, working on exciting projects across our broad client base. You will: Engage with clients on HCM/Payroll transformation/change programmes. Prepare and deliver functional workshops and engage with business Stakeholders in requirements gathering and business mapping. Deliver workstream-specific requirements, configurations, solutions, setup, support testing and deployment activities. Create appropriate documentation such as requirements, detailed analysis, functional design/configuration documentation or user guides. Work with the sales team during the pre-sales engagement process and provide estimates. Participate in the development of proof of concepts for use during sales engagement process. Adhere to documented development standards and implementation of "best practice" development methods. Collaborate with Oracle Support to provide solutions to product gaps and bugs. Support the development of apprentice and graduate intake colleagues. Skills and Experience ( Mandatory ) - 5 to 10 years of job experience with at least two full cycle Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation. Proven hands-on experience in implementing and supporting other Oracle Cloud HCM modules such as Oracle Global Human Resources ( Core HR ) . Should be competent in writing Fast Formulae for Payroll. Strong knowledge of Payroll processes. Knowledge of UK Payroll Legislation is highly advantageous. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex product issues. Excellent Communication skills (written and oral) with good attention to detail Strong leadership skills and a dedication to achieving business outcomes and project deadlines. Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, incorporate innovations, and stay up to date with industry and business directions. Team player with demonstrable ownership of issues and ability to escalate when necessary. Ability to operate successfully in a multi-tasked environment. Flexibility when it comes to supporting innovative technologies. Skills and Experience ( Desired ) • It would be of benefit, but not essential, if you also have hands on experience in any of these modules: Oracle Talent and Performance Management Oracle Recruiting Cloud Oracle Learning Cloud Oracle Workforce Compensation Oracle Time and Labor Oracle Absence Management An understanding or experience in BI Publisher / OTBI / Data Migration tools will be an added plus An understanding of the key business issues/drivers that result in clients pursuing transformation programmes Experience of multiple industry sectors

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically skilled Fusion HCM Technical Consultant with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop, configure, and customize Oracle Fusion HCM modules using SQL, Fast Formulae, HDL, and OTBI. Analyze and resolve technical issues related to HCM modules and integrations. Work closely with functional teams and business users to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions aligned with business needs. Develop and maintain BI Publisher reports, OTBI dashboards, and Fast Formulae for various HCM needs including payroll, benefits, and absence management. Use HDL (HCM Data Loader) for data uploads and conversions. Work on Business Units (BU) configurations and security roles setup. Provide support for quarterly Oracle updates, regression testing, and system validation. Troubleshoot and resolve HCM technical issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements and support projects. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 8+ years of relevant technical experience in Oracle Fusion HCM. Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries. In-depth hands-on experience with Fast Formulae, HDL, OTBI, and BI Publisher. Solid understanding of HCM concepts, Business Units (BU), roles, and security. Experience with data migration, integrations, and interface development. Strong domain knowledge in HR processes and policies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or B.Sc with minimum 70% score.
