As a Fashion Styling Manager, you will lead a team of fashion stylists to showcase an exquisite jewelry collection in a visually captivating and fashion-forward manner. Your role involves collaborating with the creative team to develop cohesive concepts for jewelry campaigns, photo shoots, and fashion shows that align with the brand's image and marketing objectives. You will provide clear styling direction to ensure models are styled appropriately to complement and showcase jewelry pieces effectively. During shoots, you will guide and supervise stylists, make quick decisions, and maintain consistency in styling. Additionally, you will provide input during post-production to select the best visuals that align with the brand's expectations. Staying updated with fashion trends and industry developments is essential to guide your team in creating innovative looks. Adherence to styling guidelines, managing budgets, and staying informed about customer feedback and market trends are also key responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Styling, Fashion Design, or a related field, along with 5 to 9 years of relevant experience as a Fashion Stylist Manager or in a similar role in the fashion or jewelry industry. Strong knowledge of fashion trends, jewelry styling, and accessories is required, as well as exceptional styling abilities, a keen eye for detail, and a creative mindset.
