Your role will involve planning, directing, and executing photoshoots and video shoots that align with our brand aesthetics and marketing strategies, ultimately bringing our vision to life through compelling visual storytelling. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing creative concepts for shoots in line with brand guidelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand shoot objectives, planning all aspects of the shoot including set designs and styling, directing the creative team during shoots, overseeing post-production processes, and managing shoot budgets and timelines effectively. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field, have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion or lifestyle industry, possess a strong portfolio showcasing various photoshoots and video shoots, demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills, be proficient in photography, videography, lighting, and editing software, and have a keen eye for detail and creativity.
