About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Create engaging and informative content for learners in the field of fashion 2. Conduct one-on-one or group online training sessions on relevant fashion topics or skills 3. Monitor learner progress and provide regular data-driven reports and analysis 4. Offer personalized mentoring and counselling to guide learners through challenges and goals 5. Build and manage remote teams across different states, including hiring and onboarding Requirements: 1. Possess 0-3 years of experience in fashion designing, education, or counselling 2. Demonstrate expertise in any area of fashion designing 3. Show motivation to build relationships and promote product adoption 4. Have hands-on experience in creating, testing, and executing campaigns 5. Display readiness to take initiative and contribute to organizational growth 6. Possess a knack for identifying and hiring potential candidates 7. Have strong presentation skills 8.
