Job Title: Fashion Designer – Menswear (Streetwear)

Location: surat-onsite (should be ready to relocate)

About Us:

We are an emerging streetwear label with a strong vision to push boundaries in design, craftsmanship, and culture. Our strength lies in our fully in-house setup – from embroidery, digital print, screen printing, spray paint, reactive printing, denim making, and much more – giving designers full creative freedom to experiment and bring concepts to life.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design innovative streetwear collections for menswear, blending creativity with market relevance.
• Research trends, subcultures, and street fashion aesthetics to keep designs fresh and forward-thinking.
• Develop mood boards, sketches, digital renderings, and detailed tech packs. this was the jobpost can now recreate it with the above employeers voice
• Work closely with sampling and production teams to bring ideas into tangible products.
• Experiment with in-house facilities (prints, washes, embroidery, custom denim, etc.) to create unique pieces.
• Balance originality with wearability and commercial appeal.

Skills & Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in fashion design (freshers with strong portfolios welcome).
• Strong grasp of streetwear culture, silhouettes, and current global trends.
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Clo3D/other 3D software a plus).
• Knowledge of:
• Fabric sourcing and garment construction
• Printing techniques (digital, screen, spray, reactive, etc.)
• Embellishments (embroidery, patches, appliqué, beadwork)
• Denim design & wash techniques
• Graphics and typography for apparel
• Pattern making basics and fit understanding
• Strong visualization and storytelling ability (turning concepts into collections).
• Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
