Job Description

As a Designer at our company, your role will involve managing the design process from conception through to final styling. You will be responsible for conducting market research to identify new trends, fabrics, and techniques, as well as seeking design inspiration. Collaboration with team members to select seasonal themes, make edits to the line, and create new concepts will be a key part of your responsibilities. Your exceptional design and conceptual skills, coupled with an excellent sense of style and color, will be essential in ensuring that the product is in agreement with the business strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Ability to do sketches by hand - Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to meet multiple deadlines - Selecting fabrics and trims - Creating production sketches for development packages - Collaborating with technical designer to ensure development packages are accurate - Reviewing product for style and fit during presentation Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role In addition to the above requirements, the company offers a flexible schedule as a benefit.
