We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Fashion Designer with a strong understanding of design trends and the ability to create captivating and market-relevant collections. The ideal candidate will bring innovative ideas to life and contribute to our brand’s growth through outstanding designs.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop seasonal collections, including sketches, patterns, and prototypes.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, fabrics, and techniques.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are executed flawlessly.
• Select materials, embellishments, and color palettes in line with the brand’s vision.
• Create technical drawings and specifications for production.
• Oversee the production process to ensure quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with marketing and merchandising teams to align collections with customer preferences.
• Meet project deadlines and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Fashion Designer in a reputable brand or organization.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical skills.
• Knowledge of textiles, garment construction, and production techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing trends and customer demands.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in designing for [specific market, e.g., ethnic wear, contemporary wear, bridal wear, etc.].
• Knowledge of sustainable fashion practices.
• Leadership or mentoring experience.
