Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are executed flawlessly. Select materials, embellishments, and color palettes in line with the brand’s vision. Create technical drawings and specifications for production. Oversee the production process to ensure quality standards are met. Coordinate with marketing and merchandising teams to align collections with customer preferences. Meet project deadlines and manage multiple assignments simultaneously. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field. Minimum 4 years of experience as a Fashion Designer in a reputable brand or organization. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent. Strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical skills. Knowledge of textiles, garment construction, and production techniques. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to adapt to changing trends and customer demands. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in designing for [specific market, e.g., ethnic wear, contemporary wear, bridal wear, etc.].
