Fashion Designer

As a Fashion Designer at Needlecraft boutique, your role involves welcoming and attending to customers, understanding their requirements, and suggesting suitable designs, styles, and patterns. You will prepare sketches or ideas to finalize customer preferences and accurately note down orders, including measurements and specific details. It is essential to coordinate with the tailoring/production team to ensure customer orders are executed correctly. Stay updated with current fashion trends to guide customers effectively and ensure customer satisfaction by providing polite, professional, and attentive service. Key Responsibilities: - Welcome and attend to customers visiting the boutique - Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable designs, styles, and patterns - Prepare sketches or ideas to finalize customer preferences - Note down customer orders accurately, including measurements and specific details - Coordinate with the tailoring/production team to ensure customer orders are executed correctly - Stay updated with current fashion trends to guide customers effectively - Ensure customer satisfaction by providing polite, professional, and attentive service Qualifications Required: - Female candidates only (freshers are welcome) - Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Fashion Designing (preferred, not mandatory) - Good communication skills in Tamil (English/Hindi is an added advantage) - Creative mindset with an eye for detail and fashion trends - Friendly, customer-oriented, and eager to learn In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, Needlecraft offers competitive salary ranging from 10,000 to 15,000 per month. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing boutique, exposure to customer handling, and real-world fashion design applications.
