Fashion Designer & Branding Associate

You are an organized and detail-oriented Fashion Designer & Branding professional who will be responsible for the following: - Design: Creating fashion/product concepts, mockups, and collections using Canva, Photoshop, and AI design tools. - Branding: Developing brand visuals, mood boards, campaign graphics, and storytelling assets aligned with artisanal and sustainable values. - Content Creation: Writing marketing content (social media captions, product descriptions, email creatives) to support campaigns. - Collaboration: Working with the marketing team to ensure cohesive brand identity across platforms. - AI Integration: Experimenting with AI tools to automate product visualization, mockups, and marketing creatives. Qualifications required for this role include: - Masters Degree in Design & Marketing - Familiarity with Apparels, Accessories, Tech Pack Developments, handloom fabrics, accessories, and trims - Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English - Fluency in one additional regional language is a plus The company is looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in Fashion Designing or Marketing. Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop/Illustrator, and strong writing skills for marketing and branding content are essential. Please note that the job type is Full-time and the work location is in person at Kolkata, West Bengal. Relocation before starting work is preferred for this position.,
