Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Fashion Designer who specializes in women’s wear to join our team at Ayelin Boutique. The ideal candidate should be creative, trend-aware, and passionate about ethnic and contemporary fashion.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop ethnic and modern women’s wear collections
• Work closely with the tailoring team for sample creation and production
• Understand client requirements and suggest custom designs
• Stay updated with current fashion trends
• Ensure quality, fit, and finish of the garments
• Manage time efficiently to meet delivery deadlines

Requirements:

• Proven experience in fashion design (women’s wear preferred)
• Strong knowledge of ethnic, western, or Indo-western designs
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to sketch or use design software (optional but preferred)
• Creativity and a strong sense of aesthetics
