The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, presenting and demonstrating products, and closing sales deals. Daily tasks include maintaining customer relationships, providing customer support, and achieving sales targets. The role will also involve actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. Qualifications Proven experience as a Sales Associate or similar role Proficiency in English and local languages Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities Good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work with a team and independently Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus Prior experience in the agriculture industry is an advantage
