Job Description

Summary:
Staff4Me is currently seeking enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our team as Farmer Workers. As a Farmer Worker, you will play a crucial role in the cultivation and maintenance of crops on our farm. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a passion for agriculture. Key Responsibilities:
  • Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops according to farming schedules and procedures.
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, such as tractors, harvesting machines, and irrigation systems.
  • Monitor crops for pests, diseases, and signs of stress, and apply appropriate treatments as necessary.
  • Keep accurate records of crop management activities, including planting dates, pesticide applications, and yield.
  • Maintain and repair farm structures, fences, and equipment.
  • Follow all safety protocols and use protective equipment when working with chemicals or machinery.
Requirements:

  • Prior experience in farming or agricultural work is preferred.
  • Knowledge of crop cultivation techniques and farming practices.
  • Physical stamina and ability to work in all weather conditions.
  • Ability to operate farm machinery and equipment.

  • Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required.
