Profile: KRA for this critical role would be to develop a team for implementation of systems and procedures, record keeping and inspections for maintaining a fleet of Trucks and Trailers. Additional responsibility can be for overall charge of maintenance of fleet Forklifts/ Tuggers (Electric and Diesel) and/ or ISO tank containers also depending on capabilities of the candidate. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Relevant training, certifications and licenses would be advantageous. • Proven experience at Truck OEMs or dealerships would be preferred and encouraged to apply. • Solid knowledge of mechanical engineering within Transport Vehicles, Material Handling/ construction equipment background preferred. • Proficiency in diagnostic tools and equipment used in maintenance and repair activities. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues. • Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize maintenance tasks effectively.
