Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Zonal Manager located in Delhi, India. The Zonal Manager will be responsible for overseeing the performance and operations within their designated zone, ensuring alignment with company goals. Day-to-day tasks include managing and leading a team, driving sales and business development, implementing sales strategies, coordinating logistics, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The Zonal Manager will also analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations to executive management. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, business development, or team management Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools Experience in the healthcare or disinfectant industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
