Candidate to have a) Desired Competency on E&E System component design, Integration, application on vehicle level preferable from Automotive/ Farm Background only b) Detailed design domain expertise on electrical systems like Electrical system Architecture integration like ECU, Sensor, etc... c) Hands on experience on Common rail system integration, LIN Based alternator integration, Engine start stop Logic, Li-Ion battery system Integration & its application on vehicle d) Knowldge of all subsystem of the vehicle to work out the interface architecture for the vehicle e) Moderate knowledge on all communcation protocols like CAN SAE J1939, LIN, UDS, Boot loader f) Knowledge on Homologation requirements of Automotive/ Farm Equipment. g) Initiate, Interact with CFT & Lead the design engineers for system integration to realise the required E&E feature with Quality , Cost and Time. h) Releasing all technical specification to suppliers for components/systems i) Validating the components by making proper test cases in both component and vehicle level so as to give issue free product to customer j) Meeting the cost targets specified without compromising quality of the product and also bringing out some cost effective solution thro IMCR/VAVE activities. k) Knowledge on Field failure & analysis: Analysing on field reported concerns and giving solution to reduce/eliminate it and also capturing that particular issue in upcoming products. l) Should have knowledge on working of BOM details of components. m) Knowledge on Electro hydraulics, electonic Hydrostatic transmissions. n)Must demonstrate a high degree of problem solving ability, especially in the field of expertise. Usage of Quality tools, DFMEA,7 QC toolsDesign Reviews & Project management o) Should have Moderate knowledge on DFA,DFS, QFD, APQP, PPAP, GD & T, p) Fluent in use of personal computer programs such as Access, Excel, Word, Power Point, etc. Experience 7-8 years Industry Preferred Any other Automotive / Farm Equipment OEM. Qualifications BE/B Tech Electrical and Electronics Engineeing BE/BTech in Electronics Engineering General Requirements Interfacing with all inter dept teams from start to end of project to ensure First Time Right Good knowledge on systems like design review s/ DFMEA s Specialized, Technical Good knowledge on vehicle electrical system and interfacing parts. Manufacturing of E&E aggregates Maintaining quality level tragets as per agreement Excellent communication skills with passion Adaptable to challenging situation with agility to go for new initiative, exploring Various Options, Collaborative environment. Passionate for New technologies introduction, execution excellence. Analytical and conceptual skills, planning and organizing skills Basic operational knowledge in communication tools like PCAN/Vector CANoe/BusMaster Basic knowledge in Diagnostci calibration( Diagnostic System Management-DSM) Basic vehicle system knowledge and E&E agregates in the vehicle- Wiring harness,Starting & Charging system Basic knowledge in Vehicle electronics & In Vehilce netwroking systems
