Job description

We are hiring Faculty for Aviation and Airport Management for Kochi.

Responsibilities

• Instruction & Curriculum: Deliver engaging lectures and coursework, design and update curricula to align with current industry standards, and integrate technology into the learning process.
• Research: Conduct research in aviation and airport management, publish findings, and present at academic conferences.
• Student Support: Advise and mentor students on their academic and career paths.
• Industry Collaboration: Partner with airlines, airport authorities, and other aviation professionals to create internship and job placement opportunities for students.
• Administrative Duties: Participate in faculty meetings, serve on committees, and maintain knowledge of aviation trends, regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Education: Master's degree in Aviation, Aeronautics, Airport Management, or a closely related field is generally required.
• Experience: Proven experience in teaching at the higher education level is essential, preferably with a specialization in aviation or airport management.
• Research & Publication: A strong record of conducting and publishing research relevant to the aviation industry is a significant asset.
• Industry Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of airport operations, airline management, aviation safety, and regulatory frameworks (like IATA) is crucial.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in aviation management software and other relevant industry tools is beneficial.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
