You are a dynamic and dedicated PCM Faculty member responsible for delivering high-quality hybrid classes in partnered schools located in Penukonda and Kalyandurg, Andhra Pradesh. Your primary objective is to ensure conceptual clarity and academic success for students in Grades 6 to 10. Your key responsibilities will include conducting Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics classes using a hybrid model, collaborating with school staff and the central academic team for seamless execution of the academic plan, tracking syllabus completion, student assessments, and homework, providing feedback on student progress, suggesting academic interventions when necessary, maintaining classroom discipline, ensuring consistent student engagement, and reporting attendance, performance data, and any technical or academic issues. To excel in this role, you should hold a Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Science/Engineering disciplines (B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Tech, M.Tech) with a strong subject knowledge in PCM. Fluency in English and Telugu is required, along with prior teaching experience at school or coaching institute level. You should be comfortable with hybrid teaching tools and digital learning platforms and be willing to travel to schools within Andhra Pradesh.
