Faculty – Pathology

Shri Sai College of Nursing and Paramedical is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Pathology Faculty Member to teach and guide students enrolled in paramedical and allied health programs. The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise and a passion for teaching.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach theoretical and practical components of General Pathology, Clinical Pathology, Hematology, Histopathology, and Microbiology basics.
• Conduct practical lab demonstrations and guide students during laboratory sessions.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, practical manuals, and assessments.
• Ensure proper lab safety practices and supervision during practical procedures.
• Mentor students in academic projects, examinations, and skill development.
• Participate in curriculum development, departmental meetings, workshops, and seminars.
• Maintain accurate academic records and support accreditation processes.

Educational Qualification:

• MD Pathology / M.Sc. Pathology / M.Sc. Medical Lab Technology (MLT)
• Ph.D. preferred for senior positions

Experience:

• Teaching or clinical laboratory experience preferred
• Good communication, laboratory skills, and subject clarity.
