Roles & Responsibilities:

• Teach and mentor students in Geography, Economy, Polity, and General Science as per the latest syllabus and competitive exam requirements.
• Prepare and deliver engaging lectures, study materials, and test papers.
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide individual guidance to students.
• Develop well-structured lesson plans, practice questions, and mock tests.
• Monitor student performance and suggest improvement strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest exam patterns, current affairs, and subject knowledge.
• Maintain a disciplined, motivating, and interactive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years of teaching experience in the relevant subjects.
• Strong knowledge of Geography, Economy, Polity, and General Science.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for easy student understanding.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students for academic success.

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in relevant subject (Preferred: MA/MSc in Geography, Economics, Political Science, or Science streams).
• NET/Ph.D. qualification will be an added advantage.
