The ideal candidate should possess strong subject expertise, practical exposure, and a passion for mentoring students. Qualifications: MBA (Finance preferred, Marketing and HR second preference with min 55% Bachelor's must be BBA/B.com Strong academic record with good communication skills Industry exposure and teaching experience preferred Key Responsibilities: Deliver subject content with practical insights Design projects, case studies, and student events to enhance learning Encourage industry-oriented thinking through real-time examples Guide students on career pathways and skill development Preference: Male candidates with subject command and classroom management skills.
