Faculty – Cyber Security

Acadmiac is seeking a skilled and motivated Cyber Security Faculty to deliver high-quality instruction in cyber security concepts, tools, and best practices. The role focuses on teaching, hands-on training, and mentoring students to build strong cyber security skills for industry readiness.

Responsibilities

• Teach cyber security fundamentals and advanced concepts
• Conduct practical labs, simulations, and real-world case studies
• Train students on ethical hacking, network security, and security tools
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments
• Guide students in projects and certifications
• Monitor student progress and provide academic support
• Stay updated with latest cyber security threats and technologies

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, IT, or related field
• Strong knowledge of:
• Network security & system security
• Ethical hacking & penetration testing
• Cyber security tools and techniques
• Good communication and teaching skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Teaching or training experience
• Industry experience in cyber security
• Knowledge of:
• SOC operations
• Cloud security
• Digital forensics
• Relevant certifications (CEH, Security+, CISSP, etc.) – added advantage
