Faculty cum Mentor – UPSC GUIDE

Key Responsibilities

• Teach GS/Optional subjects as per expertise with conceptual clarity and exam-oriented approach.
• Mentor students one-on-one and in small groups—provide strategy, feedback, study planning, and performance tracking.
• Guide students through answer writing, prelims strategy, and mains preparation techniques.
• Maintain and regularly update student progress sheets and mentoring reports.
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, orientation classes, and motivational sessions.
• Assist in content creation, test discussions, and academic planning for UPSC batches.
• Understand the Pune UPSC market, student needs, and competition trends to improve the program quality.
• Ensure discipline, consistency, and an inspiring environment for aspirants.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Must have appeared for at least one UPSC CSE Interview (PT).
• Strong subject command in GS / Optional (specify if needed).
• Good understanding of UPSC syllabus, exam trends, and preparation strategies.
• Familiarity with the Pune UPSC market and student demographics.
• Excellent communication, teaching, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to create structured study plans and guide students with consistency.
• Passion for helping aspirants achieve their goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
