Engage and support students in the online classroom through regular communication, feedback, and grading. Participate in program development and improvement activities such as curriculum design and assessment. Qualifications Degree in M.Com mandatory (NET Preferred) Demonstrated ability to teach management courses and engage students. (minimum 2+ years) Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to program and university initiatives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
