1. Supervise and monitor day-to-day operations.
2. Ensure proper functioning of all machines and equipment.
3. Manage and allocate workforce for different production stages.
4. Maintain quality control at every stage of processing and packaging.
5. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
6. Prepare and maintain daily production reports.
Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Production, or related field (preferred).
Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in rice mill operations or similar manufacturing environment.
