Role & responsibilities Supervise day-to-day operations of the manufacturing unit. Manage production targets, manpower allocation, and shift handling. Ensure production schedules are met with quality and safety standards. Monitor and maintain machinery and ensure timely maintenance. Handle raw material issuance, usage, and inventory control. Coordinate with quality control and dispatch teams for timely delivery. Maintain attendance, shift records, and production reports. Implement 5S, safety protocols, and factory discipline. Report daily progress to management. Preferred candidate profile 35 years of experience in factory supervision, preferably in wire mesh, steel, or metal product industries. Good understanding of manufacturing processes and machine operations. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage a team. Physically fit and ready to work in a factory environment.
