Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and project specifications on-site. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams. Manage daily shop floor operations including fabrication, welding, and assembly. Allocate manpower and ensure production targets are met. Maintain production records, site logs, and daily progress reports.
