Experience: Maximum 15 to 20 years of experience in a production management role within a manufacturing environment. Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Proficiency in production management software and ERP systems. In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Languages required: Good in Kannada, English, Hindi Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.
