Good understanding of production processes, machine handling, and plant equipment. Basic knowledge of safety regulations, quality systems, and maintenance procedures. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, SOPs, and process documents. Familiarity with ERP systems or production reporting tools is a plus. Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to manage a team effectively. Willingness to work in shifts as per operational requirements.
