As a Java with React Developer at Spiralogics, you will have the opportunity to work on building high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications. You will be an integral part of a talented software team that focuses on mission-critical applications. Your responsibilities will include managing Java/Java EE application development and providing expertise throughout the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing. To excel in this role, you should have extensive experience with JavaEE (JEE, J2EE), JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Bootstrap, the Spring Framework, and ReactJS. You should also be familiar with relational databases and concepts such as MVC, JDBC, and RESTful. Experience in developing web applications using popular web frameworks like JSF, Wicket, GWT, and Spring MVC is essential. Test-driven development, knowledge of accessibility standards, and proficiency in relational databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL) are also key requirements. Moreover, you should possess a comprehensive understanding of object-oriented and service-oriented application development, as well as knowledge of design patterns including dependency injection, factory method, and concurrency patterns. Experience with multi-threading, debugging, performance profiling, and optimization is important. Implementing unit tests, using code versioning tools like Git, and working with agile development methodologies like Scrum are essential skills for this role. Strong communication skills are crucial for collaborating effectively with internal team members and external business stakeholders. Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture is highly valued. Additionally, familiarity with technologies such as Tomcat, Apache, VueJs, Angular, GCP, AWS, and Azure would be beneficial.
