Factory Medical Officer - AFIH

As a Medical Officer at the Oil Blending Plant in Raigarh, Maharashtra, your role involves providing medical services and ensuring the health and well-being of the employees. Your responsibilities include: - Conducting medical fitness checks for new employees and carrying out periodic health checks for existing employees. - Providing health-related training and health talks to employees to promote awareness and well-being. - Administering vertigo tests for employees working at heights to ensure their safety. - Actively participating in mock drills to prepare for emergencies and ensure a prompt response. - Advising on site-specific health and hygiene practices during site management rounds. - Handling medical emergencies resulting from accidents at the project site. - Providing general medical consultations for employees as needed. - Collaborating with the Site HSE Department, Site Management, and Clients when necessary. Qualifications required: - AFIH MBBS certification. - Prior experience in occupational health and safety. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in rotational shifts for 12 hours.
