Role & responsibilities The Cluster Manager is responsible for end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations across all factories and co-packers within the cluster. The role ensures operational efficiency, cost optimization, compliance, and productivity, while leading a team of Factory Logistics Managers and Regional Transport Managers. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all factory logistics operations for both greenfield units and co-packers within the cluster. Manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business requirements. Direct transport management to achieve cost efficiency and service excellence. Monitor and improve labour productivity across locations. Ensure 100% dispatch compliance with customer and internal requirements. Implement and monitor strong warehouse control mechanisms. Identify and drive cost reduction initiatives across the cluster. Lead efficiency improvement projects for enhanced operational performance. Manage slow-moving inventory and coordinate disposal in line with company policies. Provide leadership, guidance, and performance management for Factory Logistics Managers and Regional Transport Managers. Skills & Competencies: Strategic thinking & operational execution.
