Role & responsibilities Ensure statutory compliance with all applicable labour laws , including PF, ESI, gratuity, minimum wages, and contract labour regulations. Manage and maintain factory licenses , renewals, inspections, and related documentation. Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies for labour and compliance-related matters. Monitor and ensure timely submission of compliance reports and returns. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for audits and legal inspections. Support workforce management, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures in alignment with legal frameworks. Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives at the plant level. Coordinate with corporate HR and other departments to ensure smooth HR operations at the site. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance requirements Experience in handling factory licensing and government liaisoning Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office and HR systems High integrity, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently in a plant/industrial environment
