Leading company specializing in manufacturing and supplying high-quality natural spice extracts, oleoresins, and essential oils for the food , required Factory Head .
Location : Palakkad.
Qualifications & Experience
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical / Mechanical / Industrial / Food Technology).
•15+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations.
•Preferably worked in roles such as Plant Head / Factory Head / Unit Head.
•Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary factory teams and complex operations.
•Strong exposure to regulated manufacturing environments and audits.
Prior experience in extraction, oleoresins, essential oils, food ingredients, or chemical processing preferred.
•Proven leadership experience managing large shop-floor teams and multi-shift operations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10.00 - ₹11.00 per year
