Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Factory and Production Executive to oversee and manage daily operations at our fabrication unit in Kalher. The ideal candidate will be responsible for production planning, shop-floor execution, manpower management, quality control, and ensuring timely delivery of fabricated materials. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day fabrication activities at the Kalher facility. Monitor and manage the production process to ensure efficiency and quality. Coordinate with design and planning teams for smooth execution of fabrication drawings. Maintain and enforce safety standards and factory discipline. Ensure timely availability of raw materials and consumables in coordination with the purchase and store departments. Manage and guide factory workers, welders, and fitters. Prepare and maintain production reports and daily progress updates. Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices. Coordinate with the QA/QC team to ensure fabrication quality as per standards. Key Skills Required: Strong technical knowledge of fabrication, welding, cutting, and assembly processes Leadership and people management skills Basic understanding of fabrication drawings Production planning and execution skills Familiarity with safety norms and compliance requirements MS Excel / ERP system knowledge (preferred) Preferred Candidate Profile: Prior experience in steel structure fabrication Willing to be stationed full-time at the Kalher factory Proactive, detail-oriented, and result-driven
