Factory Electrician

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Factory Electrician to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in our manufacturing facility.
• The ideal candidate will have experience working in an industrial environment and a strong understanding of electrical codes and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair factory electrical systems, including motors, control panels, lighting, wiring, and power distribution.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform diagnostic tests on equipment.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with national and local electrical codes.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems and machinery.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Work with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and automated equipment.
• Respond quickly to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to improve system efficiency and reliability.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; technical diploma or certification in electrical work preferred.
• Licensed or certified electrician (where applicable).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, motors, and automation.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and lockout/tagout procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
