We are seeking a Product Technician/QA Technician with expertise in Home textiles for a reputed Liaison office located in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have 10-14 years of experience in a renowned Buying house/Liaison office, specifically focusing on Home Textiles. The offered salary ranges from Rs 12.00 to 13.00 Lacs. As a Product Technician/QA Technician, your responsibilities will include conducting factory visits to assess the production processes and quality management systems of factories to ensure compliance with set standards. You will be responsible for conducting factory technical audits (FTA) and securing approvals from potential suppliers in line with company policies, including the development and implementation of corrective action plans when necessary. It will also be your duty to maintain and update the FTA status in the DSS system and manage re-audits as per company guidelines. In this role, you will be required to implement the Preventive Quality Model by overseeing sourcing brief reviews, buying trips, newline reviews, sample and packaging evaluation testing and approval, pre-production meetings, inspection report reviews, and managing shipment releases, among other tasks. To develop and drive the implementation of new apparel technical programs across the region. Key Accountabilities: Networks with vendors/factories and the Sourcing/Merchandising teams to conduct a preliminary inspection on the products at the pre-production stage Participates in Pre-Production Meetings to review Tech. Set quality benchmarks aligned with brand and buyer requirements. Ensure adherence to local and international compliance, safety, and testing standards. Develop and standardize inspection protocols (inline, mid-line, and final inspections). Ensure quality processes are integrated at every stage of production. Lead and manage the Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams across all production units and vendors. Conduct training sessions to improve the technical and inspection skills of the team. Conduct periodic performance evaluations and implement capability-building plans. Evaluate and approve vendors from a quality perspective. Work closely with production, merchandising, and sourcing teams to ensure quality objectives are met. Conduct factory audits, root cause analyses, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) planning. Maintain detailed records of inspection reports, audit results, buyer complaints, and CAPA reports. Regularly present quality performance dashboards and summaries to top management. Interface with international buyers and third-party auditors during inspections or quality meetings. Ensure buyer-specific quality standards and documentation are met consistently.

Conduct audit of Accounts, Purchase, Sales, HR, Payroll, Taxation and other departments at HO. 2. Identify and assess risks associated with the process/audit under review and corresponding controls for the same. 3. Evaluate and test the effectiveness of control measures. Updating of RCM. 4. Highlight control gaps and recommend improvements in controls 5. Identify opportunities for process improvements/cost savings in the process/audit under review. 6. Prepare audit reports, documenting findings, recommendations, and stakeholder responses. 7. Discussion of audit report with relevant stakeholders 8. Assist HOD and Plant Auditors in Audit assignments. 9. Assist in updating ATR and Management presentation 10. Ensure compliance with defined procedures, policies, and standards.
