To ensure contract labour management and compliance as per law. Responsible for managing, maintaining, and ensuring labour peace & harmony through regular interaction with workers, and labour unions. Responsible for negotiating with labour unions & Sign Wage agreements considering management objectives & employees' expectations. Responsible for appointing various committees to facilitate & deal with various welfare activities. To introduce a systematic grievance handling mechanism for staff & workers and to maintain discipline & to take strict disciplinary action, if required as per standard practices. To plan and implement various incentive schemes & welfare activities for workers as well as staff. To educate & motivate team members & workers to work & reduce labour loss to Zero level. To plan and implement various CSR activities for the general public 12) Legal Matters To handle all legal cases with the Conciliation officer, Labour Court, District & Session Court, High Court, and Supreme Court of India & land matters and prepare replies in consultation with advocates at all levels. 13) General Administration Responsible for smooth functioning of Security, Transport, Housekeeping, Guest house, Staff colony, workers colony, canteens, etc. Identify HR processes suitable for automation and suggest innovative technology solutions. Partner with cross-functional teams to design, test, and deploy automated workflows. Evaluate emerging HR Tech trends and propose relevant tools or solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Skills & Competencies 1) Technical Expertise: Proficiency in HRMS platforms, process automation tools, and data analytics. 2) Project Management: Strong organizational and planning skills with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously. 3) Problem-solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to assess challenges and develop effective solutions. 4) Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels. 5) Collaboration: Ability to work in cross-functional teams and influence decision-making. 6) Adaptability: Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to learn and adopt new technologies.
