About this role: As a part of Wells Fargo, you will be responsible for a role within the cash management space. Your primary focus will be on managing end-to-end cash application processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency in cash transactions, as well as supporting vendor finance and factoring processes. Your role will require a strong understanding of cash operations, the ability to manage deadlines, troubleshoot issues effectively, and contribute to team performance. Key responsibilities include investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving exceptions, analyzing and addressing issues by escalating them to management in a timely manner, gaining an understanding of various cash management related applications, identifying risk exposure in the process, and implementing controls to mitigate risks. You must exhibit attention to detail to ensure zero to near ops loss situations, be flexible to work in shifts, demonstrate a high sense of accountability, and possess considerable knowledge of company personnel policies and practices. Additionally, collecting data and preparing related operational reports will be part of your duties. Skills Required: You should be a quick learner with the ability to adapt to change, possess good knowledge of accounting and corporate financial accounting systems, maintain professional conduct under all circumstances, have a passion for improving processes and tools to enhance business outcomes and operational efficiency, be a highly motivated individual who can work well independently and in a team environment, and have the ability to recognize and escalate issues to management for any process breaches. Required Qualifications: To qualify for this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in finance, commerce, business administration, or a related field. You should have 0 to 6 months of operations support experience in Banking and Financial Services (BFS), or equivalent experience demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams are essential.
