As a Customer Success Intern at QpiAI, you will play a crucial role in supporting learners post-enrollment, ensuring they achieve their goals with confidence. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop client relationship skills, operational experience, and product knowledge, with the potential for a full-time position based on performance. Key Responsibilities: - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility electrical systems, including panels, breakers, lighting, UPS, and generators. - Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in power supply, control panels, and distribution systems. - Support the installation of electrical wiring, conduit, fixtures, and equipment according to design specifications. - Monitor and maintain electrical systems that support HVAC, process tools, and other cleanroom utilities. - Conduct regular inspections of power systems, perform load testing, and identify potential hazards. - Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, test results, and equipment logs. - Assist with power shutdowns, system upgrades, and integration of new tools or utilities. - Respond to electrical emergencies and ensure rapid restoration of power with minimal downtime. Qualifications: - ITI or Diploma in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or a relevant field. - Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a cleanroom, semiconductor, or industrial environment. - Strong knowledge of electrical systems, single-line diagrams, and troubleshooting techniques. - Ability to work independently and respond quickly to facility-related issues. - Comfortable working in cleanroom environments and adhering to strict gowning protocols. Working Conditions: - Work involves exposure to electrical panels, confined spaces, and high-voltage equipment. - May require shift work, weekend support, or on-call duty during facility issues or upgrades.
