As a Unit Facility Management Specialist, your responsibilities include supporting and securing efficient facility operations in your unit by managing both internal tasks and external FM service providers. As a Commissioning Manager at CCL Global, you will be responsible for leading the Greenfield food and beverage manufacturing facility and overseeing the end-to-end commissioning activities of the plant. Your role will involve hands-on experience in commissioning automated process and packaging equipment, utilities, and facility systems while ensuring alignment with GMP and food safety requirements. You will be expected to develop detailed commissioning execution plans, checklists, and system turnover packages. It will be crucial for you to define and align the commissioning schedule with construction and project milestones. Your responsibilities will also include leading and supervising pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up activities, as well as coordinating with construction, QA/QC, HSE, OEM vendors, and plant operations. You will need to ensure readiness of all pre-commissioning checklists, FAT/SAT protocols, and punch lists before mechanical completion. Additionally, leading the commissioning team, coordinating training programs for plant operations and maintenance teams, and supervising commissioning of various systems and equipment will be part of your role. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring compliance with HACCP, GMP, FSSAI, and other food safety norms, leading risk assessments during the start-up phase, maintaining commissioning logs and test records, and acting as the primary contact between the client, EPC, OEMs, and third-party vendors during commissioning. The essential requirement for this role is a B.E./B.Tech degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
