Job Title: Facilities Manager ???? Locations: Jayanagar (Bengaluru) | Adyar (Chennai) | Coimbatore About the Role: We are hiring a Facilities Manager to oversee operations, maintenance, and vendor management at our Info Centers. The role involves soft services (housekeeping, security) and technical (AC, DG, UPS, fire safety, electricals). Key Responsibilities: Handle upkeep of ACs, DG sets, UPS, RO, HVAC , and other systems. Ensure fire safety compliance : fire alarms, extinguishers, drills. Oversee housekeeping, security , and hygiene standards. Manage vendor coordination for AMC and third-party services. Track diesel, electricity usage, consumables , and asset tagging. Maintain classroom infrastructure and ensure timely repairs. Prepare and maintain facility reports, checklists, and audits . Good exposure to soft service supervision , including managing vendors and service teams. Requirements: Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical or Facility Management preferred. 25 years of facility operations experience. Strong knowledge of technical systems & fire safety .
